We are expanding our range and launching a new line of high-oleic sunflower oil - a product that meets modern requirements for quality, stability and efficiency in cooking.

High-oleic oil is the result of breeding sunflower with a high content of oleic acid (Omega-9). It is this indicator that determines its key properties: resistance to high temperatures, slower oxidation and stability during prolonged heating. In terms of its composition and beneficial properties, it is a full-fledged and affordable alternative to olive oil.

Thanks to its neutral aroma and clean taste profile, high-oleic oil does not interrupt the natural taste of ingredients, and its high heat resistance makes it universal for both home cooking and professional use.

The new line is presented in two types, each of which is special:

High Oleic sunflower oil "CLASSIC" is a classic high-oleic oil without additional components. The balanced composition of this oil makes it universal for daily use.

It is ideal for frying in a pan, ensuring uniform cooking without excessive smoke. During baking and grilling, it contributes to the formation of an even golden crust and helps to preserve the juiciness of products.

Due to its neutral taste, the oil works great in cold dishes - as a base for sauces, marinades and salad dressings. In food production, it can be used as an ingredient for premium segment products, where the quality of the fat component and a clean taste profile are important.

High Oleic sunflower oil "DEEP FRYING" is designed for high-load conditions - catering establishments, production lines and professional kitchens, where process stability is of great importance.

The formula is supplemented with an anti-foaming agent (E900), which reduces foam formation and prevents hot oil from splashing when in contact with wet products. This provides a more controlled frying process and more comfortable working conditions.

The composition also includes antioxidants (E320, E321), which slow down oxidative processes and aging of the oil under the influence of oxygen and high temperatures. Thanks to this, the product retains its light color, stable quality indicators and working properties for a longer time.

As a result, the oil can work effectively for much longer without the appearance of bitterness and darkening, which has a positive effect on the economy of production and the stability of the final product.
